Vacancy Details for Save the Children Job Circular 2026:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in designing and implementing youth development, youth leadership, civic engagement, or social norm change programmes within national or international development organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in engaging and strengthening Youth-Led Organizations (YLOs), youth networks, and community-based youth groups.
- Proven experience in designing and facilitating youth-led campaigns, innovative initiatives, behaviour and social norm change interventions, and community mobilization.
- Experience in partnership management, and technical support to implementing partners
- Experience in organizing trainings, workshops, dialogues, and learning events for youth, civil society organizations, and community stakeholders.
- Sounds understanding of positive youth development, youth engagement, and social norm change approaches.
- Clear understanding of gender equality, women’s economic empowerment, and safeguarding principles.
- Familiarity with project cycle management, partnership coordination, and participatory capacity strengthening approaches.
- 60% time field visit is required from the position
- Masters Degree, preferably in Development Studies, Mass Media, Anthropology, Social Welfare, Gender Studies or any Social Sciences related subject
