Vacancy Details for Plan International Bangladesh Job Circular 2026:
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Policy & Governance, Public Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with strong experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, and business partnering.
- In-depth end-to-end recruitment and business partnering skills.
- Knowledge of DEI, gender-transformative approaches, unconscious bias, and feminist leadership.
- Strong practical knowledge of payroll, tax, benefits, and HR compliance, including Bangladesh labour law.
- Experience with employee lifecycle management, HRIS, and vendor management.
- Proficient in HR data, Excel, reporting, and workforce analytics skills.
- Ability to provide confidential, professional, and empathetic HR support.
- Experience in emergency response HR will be an advantage.
