Vacancy Details for Fred Hollows Foundation Job Circular 2026:
- Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent (e.g., Health Management, International / Community Development, Public Administration, Sociology, Public health, economics).
- A minimum of eight years of progressive work experience in the development sector and at least two years in coordination or management roles.
- Strong experience in program management, monitoring, and report writing.
- Experience working with national entities such as BGMEA, other industries, private sector, government departments, donors, and industry partners.
- Experience coordinating public health, eye health, OSH, or factory/industry-based interventions.
- Experience working with worker groups, factory units, and private-sector stakeholders.
- General knowledge or understanding of Bangladesh government structure, local administration, inter relation among departments, warrant of precedence etc.
- Knowledge of advocacy, multisectoral coordination, or system strengthening.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multistakeholder projects, preferably in public health or eye health.
- Understanding of development trends, SDGs, and health policy in Bangladesh.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Computer literate; experience in database management, and use of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
