Vacancy Details for Plan International Bangladesh Job Circular 2026:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Development Studies, Education, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Professional certification or specialized training in Digital Transformation, Project Management, E-learning, Digital Learning, Youth Development, Safeguarding, or Program Management will be considered an advantage.
- At least eight ( 8 ) years of progressive professional experience in managing complex, donor-funded development programmes, with demonstrated expertise in digital literacy, digital skills, online safety, digital inclusion, youth empowerment, e-learning, skills development, or technology-enabled education programmes.
- Proven experience in project cycle management, including project planning, implementation, budget management, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, risk management, and donor compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing digital learning products, e-learning platforms, online learning solutions, or digital content within the development, education, or private sector.
- Experience working with international NGOs, donor-funded programmes, and multicultural environments would be an advantage.
- In-depth understanding of gender dimensions in youth economic empowerment issues and gender- and age-specific economic opportunities.
- Knowledge of child-rights programming, girls and young people safeguarding, and gender transformative programming.
- Proficient in Project Cycle Management, Project proposal development process with report writing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital literacy, digital transformation, online safety, digital learning methodologies, e-learning platforms, and technology-enabled learning approaches.
- Proven analytical, report writing, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools; experience with digital data collection and learning management systems is an asset.
Desirable
- Knowledge of the Bangladesh digital ecosystem, youth employment landscape, and national policies related to digital transformation and skills development.
- Experience working with government ministries, ICT agencies, telecommunications companies, or private sector technology partners.
- Experience in policy advocacy, public-private partnerships, and national-level influencing initiatives.
- Willingness to work for and on behalf of the organization at the time of disaster within Plan working area or outside.
- Professional training programmes on Child Protection, Gender Equality, Youth Engagement and Safeguarding
- Ability to work in a team and networking skills combined with the talent to think conceptually and analytically
