Vacancy Details for NRC Job Circular 2026:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Case Worker in a humanitarian context (preferably Bangladesh).
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences, Law or relevant field.
- Training in Psychological First Aid (PFA) and/or Trauma-Informed Interviewing.
- Strong understanding of case management principles and referral pathways.
- Experience in service mapping and coordination mechanisms.
- Experience delivering training and mentoring staff.
- Experience supervising assistants/volunteers.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Kobo, databases).
- Fluency in Rohingya and good English language skills.

Salary Offered:
- Grade 05 in NRC’s Salary Scale, the monthly Gross Salary is 78,520 BDT, with accompanying terms and conditions. NRC offers an excellent compensation and benefits package.
